Nice job to Steph for her solid run this weekend.
Wanted to drop a line to say thanks. Ran my first 50 miler this weekend (Bull Run Run 50) and started the morning with a couple of Picky Bars. First one early with a banana and another about 15min from the start (mega nuts and smooth caffeinator if you're keeping score).
As you would imagine, I had a GI-tastic day. Thanks again and keep it up,
