Our Track and Triathlon Duo will also be giving a talk at the Expo at 1pm on Saturday. They'll talk about endurance training, recovery strategies, nutrition tips, work/training balance and of course, plugging Picky Bars :) Be there or totally miss out dude.

Lauren will also have an author's booth at the Expo for her awesome Believe I Am journal and clothing line at the expo. It's the perfect opportunity to buy one of her training journals and get it signed—and you'll get a free picky bar! Boom!
